These were the words my mother often shared with me.
At the time, I did not fully understand their meaning. My path led me across disciplines and countries — from international relations to language education, and into technical and proposal writing for mission-driven initiatives. Yet through every role and environment, one thread remained constant: education.
Whether designing training programs, translating complex processes into structured systems, or developing proposals that enable organizations to grow and succeed, my work has always centered on teaching, guiding, and creating clarity.

About the Founder
Elisabeth Farny
Strategic Documentation Expert
Elisabeth Farny helps organizations transform complex operational and technical information into clear, compliant, and decision-ready documentation.
As a bilingual (English/German) Strategic Documentation Expert, her work sits at the intersection of technical documentation, process and compliance architecture, and proposal and business development strategy. She brings more than ten years of experience supporting government, defense, healthcare, and life sciences programs across Europe and the United States.
Her work is particularly focused on regulated environments, where documentation, process discipline, and compliance alignment directly impact operational performance, audit readiness, and funding success.
She specializes in:
🔹 Streamlining SOPs, WIs, and mission-critical documentation to ensure precision, consistency, and operational clarity
🔹 Designing process and compliance architectures that align workflows with regulatory requirements and reduce organizational risk
🔹 Optimizing proposals and technical volumes using APMP-aligned methodologies to increase clarity, credibility, and win probability
🔹 Supporting healthcare and life sciences organizations in positioning for funding, including SBIR/STTR and other competitive submissions
🔹 Developing training materials, readiness guides, and operational workflows that enable sustainable execution and knowledge transfer
Elisabeth is an active member of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals and holds the BW-M APMP (Bid & Proposal Writing) certification.
By combining proposal strategy expertise with deep experience in U.S.–EU regulated environments, she delivers documentation solutions that reduce operational risk and support strategic growth – ensuring that what organizations do internally is aligned with what they must prove externally.
